Where will the Enjoy Centre be located?
Answer
The new site is 11.23 acres in size and located adjacent to Ray Gibbon Drive (St. Albert’s west regional route), which provides a direct connection to Anthony Henday Drive (Edmonton’s freeway ring route)
- Also adjacent to the site is the Lois Hole Centennial Provincial Park, which will soon be home to an interpretive centre.
- Legal land description is Meridian 4, Range 25, Township 53, Section 29, Quarter North East
- 4 kilometres from downtown St. Albert
- 35 minutes from Edmonton International Airport
- 25 minutes from downtown Edmonton
- 60 minutes or less from all major municipalities in the Edmonton area

Answer
There will be approximately 2500 square metres of leasable space available.
- Available conference space: Up to 4000 square metres, seasonally available
- Dedicated green space: More than 4000 square metres
